Thread is a daily puzzle game available on iOS, Android, and the web at dailythread.io. You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You agree not to:
The App offers an optional one-time purchase ("Thread Unlimited") that unlocks additional content. All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and are subject to their respective terms. We do not process payment information directly.
Purchases are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or as provided by Apple or Google's refund policies. To restore a previous purchase on a new device, use the "Restore Purchase" option in the App.
All content in the App — including puzzle content, design, graphics, and code — is owned by Vant Games and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Your use of the App is at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vant Games shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data or loss of enjoyment.
The App uses the Anthropic API to validate puzzle answers. This service is governed by Anthropic's own terms and privacy policy. We are not responsible for the availability or conduct of third-party services.
We reserve the right to modify the App or these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We will update the "Last updated" date above when changes are made.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App at our discretion, including for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
